Once the CAD data is received the mould is manufactured, moulded, tested and inspected using in-house Co-ordinate Measuring Machines (CMM). All of these activities are carried out in our factory to strict quality control guidelines by our experienced staff to ensure they meet our customers' specific requirements.

Each division has a proven history of meeting or exceeding our internally specified Customer Return Goal of less than 1000 PPM.That's equivalent to less than one tenth of one percent reject rate. Even though we regularly meet or exceed this goal, we are always striving for continuous improvement. We're not satisfied with just being good. We strive to be the best. |
